Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have a liberal return & cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before we have initiated shipping the order.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not as expected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Customers are responsible for covering their shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are granted only in specific situations, such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
- In case of any Refunds approved by us, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
